ASAKUA supplies all hardware components required for fish cage mooring systems through engineering selection. The portfolio covers forged steel shackles, LLZ Grade 6 long-link mooring chain, reclaimed anchor chain, swivels, master links and connection plates. All components are hot-dip galvanised. Mooring hardware is not ASAKUA-manufactured; components are selected and sourced according to project requirements.

Supply of large-diameter shackles (up to 150t MBL), chain and connection plates for offshore mooring projects requiring WLL above 25 tonnes. Gunnebo/Crosby-grade material applicable in NS 9415-compliant projects.
Shackles are forged from high tensile steel, quenched and tempered (Grade 6), hot-dip galvanised; WLL spans 2–150 tonnes (Dee, Bow and Mooring types). LLZ Grade 6 long-link mooring chain is available in 13–32mm diameters, heat-treated and HDG-coated. Reclaimed anchor chains are sourceable in various diameters and lengths. Swivels are available in eye/eye and eye/jaw types, 6–38mm. Master links span Ø22–Ø40 with 40–110 tonne MBL. Connection plates (TXCP type) cover 50–150 tonne MBL range.
