Fish farm operations transfer vessel
Personnel, equipment and material transfer across cage farm sites. Side and bottom fender system eliminates hull damage risk during mooring and boarding manoeuvres between cage rings.
HDPE workboats are rotationally moulded from high-density polyethylene at ASAKUA's Menemen facility. Compared to steel or aluminium hulls, they require no painting or caulking, resist corrosion fully, and can be field-repaired when damaged. Standard 5.5m and 7.5m models are CE-certified; class certification from Turkish Lloyd (TL) or Bureau Veritas (BV) is available on request.

Rugged, low-maintenance alternative for small-scale inshore fishing and marine operations. Hull is oil and petroleum resistant; fuel spillage does not affect hull integrity.
The same product line is produced in alternative configurations serving temporary platform and raft needs at cage sites. Capacity can be extended by adding supplementary floats and decking.
Hull is rotationally moulded from UV and thermally stabilised HDPE raw material; a four-compartment watertight hull and pontoon system provides passive buoyancy safety under limited flooding. Outboard motor fitting is customer-installed or optionally ASAKUA-fitted. Lengths beyond 10m are produced on a project basis. Class certification is available through TL or BV approval.
