TECHNICAL
Optimized structural behavior.
The boat hull is rotationally moulded from UV- and thermally-stabilised high-density polyethylene — no welds, seams or joints. The process eliminates the metal-hull maintenance cycle expected in marine service: no painting, no caulking, no continuous corrosion management. Field damage can be repaired in place by hot welding the polyethylene.
A four-compartment watertight pontoon and hull system delivers passive buoyancy safety — even with one compartment punctured, the boat stays afloat. Standard 5.5 m and 7.5 m models carry deck layouts optimised for cage operations and general service; the side and bottom fender system protects the hull during mooring manoeuvres. Lengths beyond 10 m are produced on a project-specific basis.
The outboard motor mount is standard; motor fitting is performed by the customer or, on request, at our facility. CE certification is included; Turkish Lloyd (TL) and Bureau Veritas (BV) class certification is provided per project. The polyethylene hull is chemically resistant to oils, petroleum and fuel — useful for fuel transfer, marine service and waste collection applications.
