Two aquaculture engineers founded ASAKUA in Izmir. First export shipped to Kuwait. First turnkey project: a 12-cage sturgeon farm on the Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan.
ABOUT ASAKUA
Engineered in Izmir. Deployed to world waters.
Founded in 2009 in Izmir by two aquaculture engineers. For 17 years we have engineered fish cages, HDPE work boats, mooring buoys and marine beacons in Izmir and deployed them across 38 countries.
Our 5,000 m² facility in Izmir, Menemen, Türkiye brings together 90 kg injection-moulding lines, steel workshops and plastic-welding bays under one roof. Polyethylene cages, mooring buoys, marine beacons and custom marine structures — designed, manufactured and deployed in-house. To date: 50+ turnkey fish farms delivered.
